From a young age, I found myself intrigued by books. I wanted desperately to read them like the other kids in my class could. Unfortunately for me, I had a learning disorder that delayed my ability to read and write. Dyslexia ruled my childhood until I arrived at middle school. Here I had some teachers and counselors that worked with me to overcome the obstacles surrounding my disorder. The first book I read from cover to cover was, Dolores Claiborne, by Stephen King. From that moment on my eyes were open. I was reading like never before. I would often have to slow down and think about a word to keep it from being jumbled up. The more I read the more I knew that writing is how I wanted to leave my mark on the world. Today I have published two Novels, The Interview, and Serum. With much more to come including a thriller called, Save Your Soul.
